Menu Path: General Ledger Module Setup Company Maintenance
Set up and maintain companies.
Use Company Maintenance to create, edit, delete, and view companies within a system ID. Companies are used to track data for corporations that include multiple subsidiary companies. Each location must be associated with a single company in Location Maintenance.
Note To use companies, the Define Company check box must be selected for a general ledger account element in Ledger Maintenance. That element defines the company code.

Click the New button in the ribbon.
Enter the company code in the Company Code field.
