Purpose

View confirmed pick demands for a shipping location.

Overview

Use Confirmed Pick Demand Inquiry to display confirmed pick demands for a specific location that have not been inventory adjusted. You can select the location for which you want to display confirmed pick demands, and you can also select to view all confirmed pick demands, including pick demands that have been inventory adjusted.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Confirmed Pick Demand Inquiry window.
Show Data	Click this button to display confirmed pick demands on the Results tab, based on the criteria selected on the Inquiry tab.

Inquiry Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Shipping Prefix	Enter a shipping location prefix, or click the Lookup button to select a shipping location prefix.
Shipping Location	Enter a shipping location name, or click the Lookup button to select a shipping location name.
Show Inventory Adjusted Pick Demands	Select this check box to include pick demands that have already been inventory adjusted in the Pick Demand grid.
Pick Demand	This grid displays confirmed pick demand information for the selected location. Double-click a pick demand to display Pick Confirm Inquiry, which allows you to view detailed information for the pick demand. This grid includes the following columns: Pick Demand - This column displays the pick demand number for each pick demand. Order Number - This column displays the order number for each pick demand. Shipment # - This column displays the shipment number for each pick demand. Shipper ID - This column displays the shipper ID for each pick demand. Date Created - This column displays the date each pick demand was created. Invalid Account - The check box in this column is selected for pick demands that have invalid accounts. Load Number - This column displays the load number for each pick demand. Confirmed By - This column displays the user ID of the user that confirmed each pick demand. Confirmed Date - This column displays the date each pick demand was confirmed. Confirmed Time - This column displays the time each pick demand was confirmed. Sales Location - This column displays the sales location for each pick demand. Sales Prefix - This column displays the sales location prefix for each pick demand. Customer Code - This column displays the customer code for each pick demand. Customer Name - This column displays the customer name for each pick demand. Consolidation Method - This column displays the consolidation method for each pick demand. Required Date - This column displays the required date of the order for each pick demand. If a pick demand is for multiple orders, this is the required date for the first order on the pick demand. Cancel after Date - This column displays the cancel-after date of the order for each pick demand. If a pick demand is for multiple orders, this is the cancel-after date for the first order on the pick demand. Earliest Ship Date - This column displays the earliest ship date of the order for each pick demand. If a pick demand is for multiple orders, this is the earliest ship date for the first order on the pick demand. Latest Ship Date - This column displays the latest ship date of the order for each pick demand. If a pick demand is for multiple orders, this is the latest ship date for the first order on the pick demand. BOL Num - This column displays the first bill of lading number associated with each pick demand. Consolidated Pick - The check box in this column is selected for each pick demand that includes lines from more than one sales order.
