To use Credit Card Number Entry, perform one of the following:
Click the New Card or Edit Card button on the Bill To tab in Order Entry.
Click the Update button in Customer Maintenance, and then click the Credit Cards button in the ribbon on the Bill-To tab.
Click the Update button in Customer Bill To Address, and then click the Credit Cards button in the ribbon
Click the Credit Cards button in the ribbon in Customer Definition.
Enter or edit credit card information.
Use Credit Card Number Entry to set up new credit card information for a customer, or edit existing credit card information. You must set up credit card information for customers that use credit cards as a form of payment.

Enter the 16-digit credit card number without any spaces or dashes. |
|

Enter the expiration date of the credit card. Enter two digits for the expiration month and four digits for the expiration year. |

Enter the name that appears on the credit card. This field defaults to the customer name. However, you can change this name to reflect the appropriate billing name on the credit card if it differs from the customer name. This field is not available if your company processes credit cards using Worldpay. |

Select this check box to save the credit card information so it can be used for the customer's future sales orders. This check box is only enabled during order entry and only enabled if the customer is set up to allow saving of credit card information. |

|
Select this check box to save the credit card information as the default credit card for the customer's bill-to address. |
