To Use Credit Card Number Inquiry, click the Credit Cards button in the ribbon in Customer Maintenance.

Note The Credit Cards button is only available if the Bill-To tab is displayed.

Purpose

View customer credit card information.

Overview

Use Credit Card Number Inquiry to display credit card information for a customer. You must set up credit card information for customers that use credit cards as a form of payment. Credit card information is set up in Credit Card Number Entry.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Credit Card Number Inquiry window.
First	Click this button to display the first credit card number for the customer.
Prev	Click this button to display the previous credit card number for the customer.
Next	Click this button to display the next credit card number for the customer.
Last	Click this button to display the last credit card number for the customer.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Credit Card Number	Enter the 16-digit credit card number without any spaces or dashes, or click the Lookup button to select a credit card number.
Expiration Date	This field displays the expiration date of the credit card.
Billing Name	This field displays the name that appears on the credit card.
Save Credit Card for Future Use	This check box is selected to indicate the credit card is saved for future use.
Save as default credit card	This check box is selected if the displayed credit card is the default credit card for the customer's bill-to address.
