Menu Path: Accounts Receivable Module Setup Customers Customer Bank Account Maintenance
Define valid bank accounts for customers.
Use Customer Bank Account Maintenance to define valid bank accounts used for importing deposit information in Deposit Entry, and for exporting direct debit files. Bank accounts are used to cross-reference to paying customers since this is the information that bank lockboxes provide electronically.

You can also import customer bank accounts in Customer Bank Account Import.
To add new bank accounts:
Select a paying customer.
Click the Update button in the ribbon.
Enter the customer's bank account number in the Bank Account Number field.
Enter the name of the account holder for the account in the Bank Account Name field.
Enter the IBAN for the bank account in the IBAN field.
Enter the bank code for the bank account in the Bank Code field.
Enter the ABA routing number of the customer's bank account in the ABA Routing Number field.
Click the Add button.
Repeat steps 3 to 8 for any additional bank accounts for the customer.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The bank accounts for the customer are updated.
To remove a bank account:
Select a paying customer.
Click the Update button in the ribbon.
Select an existing bank account.
Click the Remove button. The Warning dialog box appears and asks you to confirm you want to delete the account.
Click the Yes button.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The bank account for the customer is removed.

Bank Account Inquiry |
Click this button to display Customer Bank Account Inquiry, which allows you to view a paying customer associated with a routing number or bank account number. |

This grid displays bank account information for the selected customer. You can update information directly in the grid. |
