View customer portal failed carts.
Import and export customer portal failed carts.
Use Customer Portal Failed Cart Management to view customer portal carts that have failed. You can also import and export failed carts.

Click this button to select the check box in the Select column for all failed cart records. |
Show Data |

Import |
Click this button to import failed carts for which the check box is selected in the Select column. |
Export |
Click this button to export failed carts for which the check box is selected in the Select column. |
Schedule Job |
Click this button to display Task Schedule Options, which allows you to schedule the export process using Scheduling Assistant. This button is only available if you select the Schedule radio button. |

This grid displays information for failed carts. Select the check box in the Select column for failed carts you want to import or export. |

Enter the folder path into which to export failed cart data, or click the Lookup button to navigate to and select a folder. |

Select this check box to output failed cart data to Excel. |

Select whether to process failed carts using Scheduling Assistant. If you select the Schedule radio button, you can specify when the task occurs. These radio buttons are only enabled if the Disable Scheduling Assistant check box is cleared for your user ID in User Profile Maintenance. |
