Purpose

Overview

Use Customer Portal Failed Cart Management to view customer portal carts that have failed. You can also import and export failed carts.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button

Description

Exit

Click this button to close the Customer Portal Failed Cart Management window.

Deselect All

Click this button to clear the check box in the Select column for all failed cart records.

Select All

Click this button to select the check box in the Select column for all failed cart records.

Show Data

Click this button to refresh failed cart data.

Import

Click this button to import failed carts for which the check box is selected in the Select column.

Export

Click this button to export failed carts for which the check box is selected in the Select column.

Schedule Job

Click this button to display Task Schedule Options, which allows you to schedule the export process using Scheduling Assistant. This button is only available if you select the Schedule radio button.

Field or Button

Description

Failed Carts

This grid displays information for failed carts. Select the check box in the Select column for failed carts you want to import or export.

Output Directory

Enter the folder path into which to export failed cart data, or click the Lookup button to navigate to and select a folder.

Output to Excel

Select this check box to output failed cart data to Excel.

Process

Select whether to process failed carts using Scheduling Assistant. If you select the Schedule radio button, you can specify when the task occurs. These radio buttons are only enabled if the Disable Scheduling Assistant check box is cleared for your user ID in User Profile Maintenance.
