To use Customer Product Code Entry, enter a product, and then click the Add Cust. Prod button in the ribbon in O/E Line Item Entry.

Purpose

Create customer product codes.

Overview

Use Customer Product Code Entry to create customer product codes and product names, and relate these codes and names to an existing product previously set up in Product Maintenance.

After you set up customer product codes and names, you can select products for an order using these codes and names by clicking the Customer's button in O/E Line Item Entry.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Customer Product Code Entry window without creating a customer product code.
OK	Click this button to close the Customer Product Code Entry window and create a customer product code.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Customer Name	This field displays the order's customer name.
Code	This field displays the order's customer code.
Product Code	This field displays the product code selected in O/E Line Item Entry.
Name	This field displays the product name selected in O/E Line Item Entry.
Customer's Product Code	Enter the customer's product code for the selected product.
Name	Enter the customer's product name for the selected product.
Default Customer Product	Select this check box if the product is the customer's default product.
