View CRM tasks for a customer or prospect.
Use Customer Relationship Information to display tasks for a customer, qualified prospect, or prospect. You can select to display tasks for all contacts or a specific contact for the customer/prospect.
To view CRM tasks:
Select whether to view tasks for a customer, qualified prospect, or prospect.
Enter the customer or prospect code.
If you want to only display tasks for a specific contact, clear the All Contacts check box, and enter the contact name in the Contact Name field.
Click the Show Data button in the ribbon. Tasks for the customer or prospect appear.

Enter a prospect code for which to display CRM tasks, or click the Lookup button to select a prospect code. This field is only available if the Prospect radio button is selected. |

Enter a prospect name for which to display CRM tasks, or click the Lookup button to select a prospect name. This field is only available if the Prospect radio button is selected. |

Select this check box to display CRM tasks for all contacts for the selected customer/prospect. This check box is selected by default. |

Enter a contact name for which to display CRM tasks, or click the Lookup button to select a contact name. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Contacts check box. |

This grid displays CRM tasks after you click the Show Data button in the ribbon. Double-click a task to display CRM Task Inquiry, which allows you to view information for the task. |
