To use CRM Task Inquiry, double-click a task in Customer Relationship Information.
View CRM tasks.
Use CRM Task Inquiry to view CRM tasks, which are used to track specific activities, such as mailing a catalog, emailing a customer, etc.

Task Attachments |
Click this button to display Attachment Entry, which allows you to view attachments for the task. The icon for this button includes a check mark if attachments exist for the task. |

This check box is selected if the task will last an entire day. |

This field displays a product code associated with the task (if applicable). |

This radio set indicates the company type (customer, qualified prospect, or prospect) for the task. |

This field displays the contact name for the task. |
