To use CRM Task Inquiry, double-click a task in Customer Relationship Information.

Purpose

View CRM tasks.

Overview

Use CRM Task Inquiry to view CRM tasks, which are used to track specific activities, such as mailing a catalog, emailing a customer, etc.

Description

Exit

Click this button to close the Add CRM Task window without creating a new task.

Task Attachments

Click this button to display Attachment Entry, which allows you to view attachments for the task. The icon for this button includes a check mark if attachments exist for the task.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button

Description

Start Date

This field displays the start date for the task.

Time (Start)

This field displays the start time for the task.

All Day Task

This check box is selected if the task will last an entire day.

End Date

This field displays the end date for the task.

Time (End)

This field displays the end time for the task.

Campaign Name

This field displays the campaign for the task.

Task Name

This field displays the name of the task. For information on setting up task names, see CRM Task Definition.

Task Owner

This field displays the user assigned to the task.

Product Code

This field displays a product code associated with the task (if applicable).

Product Name

This field displays a product name associated with the task (if applicable).

Task Notes

This field displays notes or a description of the task.

Task Complete

This check box is selected if the task was completed.

Task Voided

This check box is selected if the task was voided.

Company Type

This radio set indicates the company type (customer, qualified prospect, or prospect) for the task.

Customer/Qualified Prospect/Prospect Code

This field displays the customer or prospect code for the task.

Name

This field displays the customer or prospect name for the task.

Contact Name

This field displays the contact name for the task.
