Customer Shipping Rule Inquiry

Purpose

View customer shipping rules.

Overview

Use Customer Shipping Rule Inquiry to display information for customer shipping rules created in Customer Shipping Rule Maintenance. For information on customer shipping rules, see Shipment Carrier Selection FAQ.

Using the Inquiry

To use Customer Shipping Rule Inquiry:

  1. Enter a customer code or name for which to display customer shipping rules, or select the All Customers check box if you want to display customer shipping rules for all customers.

  2. Enter a location prefix or name for which to display customer shipping rules, or select the All Locations check box if you want to display customer shipping rules for all locations.

  3. Click the Show Data button in the ribbon. Customer shipping rules that meet the selected criteria are displayed.

Click this button to close the Customer Shipping Rule Inquiry window.

Show Data

Click this button to refresh data for the selected filter criteria.

Inquiry Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button

Description

All Customers

Select this check box to display customer shipping rules for all customers. This check box is cleared by default.

Customer Code

Enter a customer code for which to display customer shipping rules, or click the Lookup button to select a customer code. This field is only enabled if the All Customers check box is cleared.

Name (Customer)

Enter a customer name for which to display customer shipping rules, or click the Lookup button to select a customer name. This field is only enabled if the All Customers check box is cleared.

All Locations

Select this check box to display customer shipping rules for all locations. This check box is cleared by default.

Prefix

Enter a location prefix for which to display customer shipping rules, or click the Lookup button to select a location prefix. This field is only enabled if the All Locations check box is cleared.

Name (Location)

Enter a location name for which to display customer shipping rules, or click the Lookup button to select a location name. This field is only enabled if the All Locations check box is cleared.

Related Data

This grid displays information for customer shipping rules based on the selected options. Double-click a customer shipping rule to display Customer Shipping Rule Maintenance, which allows you to view and edit information for the customer shipping rule.
