A bulk pick bin is a bin that is used for picking if the quantity to be picked exceeds a specified percentage of the replenishment maximum quantity for a product's primary pick bin. This functionality can be enabled and a bulk pick bin can be defined for each zone in Zone Maintenance. Bulk pick bins are usually pack stations or shipment staging areas where the picker puts down products for pick demands. The bulk pick bin does not usually store available inventory. It is a bin where replenishment tasks are put down, which enables pick demand line items to be confirmed.
