A dashboard is a visual representation of a subset of your company's data. Dashboards appear directly in the Main Menu window and allow you to view a real-time snapshot of important data. For information on setting up dashboards, see Recording Dashboards.
Dashboards use a separate server on the Progress OpenEdge AppServer to improve performance. When you log in to Apprise, existing dashboards appear after you open a window other than the Main Menu window or are inactive for three minutes.
