Tote

A tote is a durable, portable, and reusable container generally used for picking orders in the warehouse. The totes are placed in a cart, and, after picking orders, the cart is taken to a pack station to pack. Items from the same order are picked into the same tote.

The system releases the tote ID after:

• packing, that is, when the real package data is generated.
• the linked pick demand is cancelled.
• the picking task is reassigned.
