Delete direct ship packages that were created, but not yet put on shipments.
Use Direct Ship Package Records Deletion Utility to delete direct ship packages created by clicking the Prep for Labels button in the ribbon in Blanket Purchase Order Release Entry.
To delete packages:
Select a method for selecting packages (UCC 128 # or PO / Release) based on the information you have available about the packages you want to delete.
If you selected PO / Release in step 1, enter the purchase order number and release number in the PO Number and Release # fields.
Enter the UCC128 number in the UCC 128 # field.
Click the Add button to display the package(s) for the number you entered in steps 2-3. The packages appear in the Package grid.
To delete a single package, select a package, and click the Delete button, or to delete all packages displayed in the Package grid, click the Delete All button.

Select the type of record you want to use to locate a package. Select one of the following options:

Enter a purchase order number, or click the Lookup button to select a purchase order number. This field is only available if you select the PO / Release radio button. |

Enter a release number, or click the Lookup button to select a release number. This field is only available if you select the PO / Release radio button. |

Enter the UCC128 number for the package(s) you want to delete. |

Click this button to add packages for the selected criteria to the Package grid. |

Click this button to remove the selected package from the Package grid. |

Click this button to remove all packages from the Package grid. |

Click this button to delete the selected package in the Package grid. |
|
Click this button to delete all packages in the Package grid. |

This grid displays packages that can be deleted based on the entered criteria. Select a package to delete. |
