To use Discount Calculation, perform one of the following:
Click Calc in Voucher Entry or Voucher Edit.
Click the Calculated Discount button in the ribbon in Voucher Entry for Standard Voucher.
Calculate a discount amount.
Use Discount Calculation to calculate a discount amount based on an entered discount percentage.

This field displays the amount of the voucher. |

Enter the amount on which you want to calculate a discount amount. This defaults to the voucher amount. |

Enter a percentage for the discount. |

This field displays the calculated discount amount based on the entered discount basis and discount percent. The calculated discount equals the discount basis multiplied by the discount percent, and then divided by 100. Example If 1000 is entered in the Discount Basis field and 5 is entered in the Discount Percent field, then the calculated discount is 50. |
