Distribute Product Receipt Count

To use Distribute Product Receipt Count, click the Distribute Quantity for Product button in the ribbon in Receiving Count Audit.

Purpose

Manually update received quantities from multiple purchase orders associated with a container.

Use Distribute Product Receipt Count to distribute the receiving quantities for a product in a container to multiple purchase orders.

Button	Description
OK	Click this button to close the Distribute Product Receipt Count window and accept the new purchase order quantity you entered.
Cancel	Click this button to close the Distribute Product Receipt Count window.

Field or Button	Description
Purchase Order Line Items	This grid displays purchase order line items for the received product. You can adjust the received quantity associated with each line item.
Total Quantity	This field displays the total distributed quantity for the product.
UM (Total Quantity)	This field displays the unit of measure for the total distributed quantity of the product.
Unselected Quantity	This field displays the quantity left to distribute to purchase order line items.
UM (Unselected Quantity)	This field displays the unit of measure for the quantity left to distribute.
