Audit a receipt count.
Use Receiving Count Audit to review and receive a receipt count demand for purchase orders, containers, and returns. After you select a receipt count demand ID, you can view exactly what was counted, what was ordered, and what was on an Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN). For more information on entering product counts for receipt count demands, see Receiving Count Entry.
After the receipt count demand is marked as complete, you can also use Receiving Count Audit to adjust the unit of measure, adjust the quantity, use the default receiving unit of measure, receive the product, and request a recount.

Click this button to close the Receiving Count Audit window. |
Receive |
Click this button to mark the product as received. This button is only available if the receipt count demand ID entered in the Receipt Count ID field is already marked as completed. After you click this button, receipt count putaway Wireless Warehouse tasks are automatically created if the Auto Create Putaway check box is selected in Dock Maintenance for the dock. Note If you receive products that were not on the original order, the order is updated. If the Auto Create Putaway check box is selected for the receiving dock in Dock Maintenance, the Auto Print on Create check box is cleared for the receipt count putaway task for the zone of the directed putaway bin in Zone Task Options, and a license plate was entered for the receipt count demand, Receipt Count Putaway Task Printing Screen appears, and allows you to output a receipt count putaway demand for the received products. |
Recount |
Click this button to recount the product for the receipt count demand. This button is only available if the receipt count demand ID entered in the Receipt Count ID field is already marked as completed. When you initiate a recount, the revision number is increased by one and the receipt count demand is output based on the options selected on the Print Options tab. |
Adjust Quantity |
Click this button to display Receipt Count - Adjust Quantity, which allows you to change the receiving quantity for the row selected in the Count Records grid. This button is only available if the receipt count demand ID entered in the Receipt Count ID field is already marked as completed. |
Distribute Quantity for Product |
Click this button to display Distribute Product Receipt Count, which allows you to manually update received quantities from multiple purchase orders associated with a container for a selected product in the Count Records grid. |
Adjust UM's |
Click this button to display Receipt Count - Adjust UM's, which allows you to change the receiving unit of measure for the row selected in the Count Records grid. This button is only available if the receipt count demand ID entered in the Receipt Count ID field is already marked as completed. |
Use Default Receiving UM |
Click this button to use the default receiving unit of measure for the row selected in the Count Records grid. This button is only available if the receipt count demand ID entered in the Receipt Count ID field is already marked as completed. |
Adjust Lots |
Click this button to display Receipt Count - Adjust Lots, which allows you to adjust lot numbers for the receipt count demand. |
Adjust Serial |
Click this button to display Receipt Count - Adjust Serial, which allows you to adjust serial numbers for the receipt count demand. |
Notes |
Click this button to display Notes Entry, which allows you to view notes for the purchase order or container for a selected receipt. |
Adjust Disposition Codes |
Click this button to display Receipt Count - Adjust Disposition Codes, which allows you to change the disposition codes for the receipt count demand. This button is only available if the receipt count demand ID entered in the Receipt Count ID field is already marked as complete and is for a return order. |
Add Item |
Click this button to display Receipt Count Add Item, which allows you to add a product to a return order. This button is only available if the receipt count demand ID entered in the Receipt Count ID field is already marked as complete and is for a return order. |
Compare Revisions |
Click this button to display Receipt Count - Compare Revisions, which allows you to compare count revisions of the receipt count demand ID entered in the Receipt Count ID field. This button is only available if multiple revisions exist for the receipt count demand ID entered in the Receipt Count ID field. |

Select this check box to save the Crystal Reports report (.rpt) file for the report to the folder entered in the Report Working Directory field for your user ID in User Profile Maintenance. Collate |
Select this check box to collate the printed copies of the report (if you are printing multiple copies of the report). This check box is cleared by default, and is only enabled if you select the Printer radio button and enter a value greater than 1 in the Number of Copies field. Example You are printing five copies of a 20 page report to distribute to five different people. Leave this check box selected, so that pages 1-20 of the first copy prints, then pages 1-20 of the second copy, etc. If you clear this check box, five copies of page 1 prints, then five copies of page 2, etc. |
Click the Lookup button to select the color of horizontal shading on the receipt count demand. This Lookup button is only enabled if you select the Horizontal Shading radio button. |
