EDI Trading Partner List

To use EDI Trading Partner List, click the List button in EDI Inventory Inquiry/Advice Export, EDI Order Acknowledgment Task Management, EDI Task Management, or EDI Task Inquiry.

Purpose

Select multiple EDI trading partners.

Overview

Use EDI Trading Partner List to select multiple EDI trading partners for filtering. For information on setting up EDI trading partners, see EDI Trading Partner Maintenance.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the EDI Trading Partner List window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Trade ID	Enter an EDI trading partner ID you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select an EDI trading partner ID. After you enter an EDI trading partner ID in this field, click the Add button to select it.
Add	Click this button to select the EDI trading partner ID entered in the Trade ID field.
Trade ID Begins	Enter a value by which to filter EDI trading partner ID's in the Available Trading Partners grid. Example Enter ABC to only display EDI trading partner ID's in the Available Trading Partners grid that begin with the characters ABC.
Available Trading Partners	This grid displays EDI trading partner ID's that are not selected. Double-click an EDI trading partner ID you want to select, or select an EDI trading partner ID, and then click the right arrow button.
	Click this button to add the selected EDI trading partner ID to the Selected Trading Partners grid.
	Click this button to add all EDI trading partner ID's in the Available Trading Partners grid to the Selected Trading Partners grid.
	Click this button to remove the selected EDI trading partner ID from the Selected Trading Partners grid.
	Click this button to remove all EDI trading partner ID's from the Selected Trading Partners grid.
Selected Trading Partners	This grid displays selected EDI trading partner ID's. Double-click an EDI trading partner ID to remove it from the grid, or select an EDI trading partner ID, and then click the left arrow button.
