Purpose

Export a report file.

Overview

Use Export Report File to export a selected report from the Apprise database to a .rpt Crystal Reports file that you can customize. For more information on customizing Crystal Reports files, see Crystal Reports FAQ.

Exporting Report Files

To export a report file:

Enter the report file name in the Report File field.
Enter the location to which you want to export the report file in the Output to field.
Click the Export button in the ribbon. The report file is exported to the specified location.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Export Report File window.
Export	Click this button to export the selected report file.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Report File	Enter the report file name that you want to export, or click the Lookup button to select a report file. If the report is stored in multiple layers (such as the default layer and the custom layer), click the Lookup button to select both a report file name and layer code.
Output to	Enter the folder path to which you want to export the report file, or click the Lookup button to navigate to and select the folder.
