Question: What documents can be emailed to customers, and in what format are the documents emailed?

Answer: Any accounts receivable document created using Crystal Reports can be emailed to customers by using Chargeback Task Management or Customer Open Accounts Receivable Management. These include invoices, credit memos, chargeback invoices, NSF invoices, and finance charge Invoices. Documents are sent in a .pdf format and can be viewed in Acrobat Reader. To download Acrobat Reader for free, go to the Acrobat Reader Website (http://get.adobe.com/reader/). Acrobat Reader 5.0 or later is highly recommended.

Note Remember to have Microsoft Outlook (or another email client) running before emailing documents.

Question: How can email be sent in HTML format?

Answer: Apprise sends an email in HTML format if the body of the email starts with the following tag: <%HTML-ENCODED%>
