Overview

Use Financial Report Inquiry to view and drill down to details for a selected financial report. You can define up to four columns for the financial report. For each column, you can select data and a specific financial period, such as a month, quarter, half, or year.

NOTE This report is only displayed in the Financial Report Inquiry window. It is not sent to the default printer.

By default, the report displays account transaction information for selected periods. If you want to display balances, select the Balance radio button in the Override Data Option radio set for specific general ledger account rows in Financial Report Format Maintenance.
