To use Form Type List, click the List button in EDI Activity Report, EDI Exception Report, EDI Task Management or EDI Task Inquiry.

Purpose

Select multiple EDI forms.

Overview

Use Form Type List to select multiple EDI forms for filtering. For information EDI forms, see EDI Forms.

Click this button to close the Form Type List window.

Description

Form Type

Enter an EDI form you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select an EDI form. After you enter an EDI form in this field, click the Add button to select it.

Add

Click this button to select the EDI form entered in the Form Type field.

Form Type Begins

Enter a value by which to filter EDI forms in the Available Form Types grid.

Example Enter ABC to only display EDI forms in the Available Form Types grid that begin with the characters ABC.

Available Form Types

This grid displays EDI forms that are not selected. Double-click an EDI form you want to select, or select an EDI form, and then click the right arrow button.

Click this button to add the selected EDI form to the Selected Form Types grid.

Click this button to add all EDI forms in the Available Form Types grid to the Selected Form Types grid.

Click this button to remove the selected EDI form from the Selected Form Types grid.

Click this button to remove all EDI forms from the Selected Form Types grid.

Selected Form Types

This grid displays selected EDI forms. Double-click an EDI form to remove it from the grid, or select an EDI form, and then click the left arrow button.
