WMS Receipt Count Import Format

The following tables list the format for importing receipt count data from a WMS. Each record is a caret-delimited row in the import file.

Receipt Count Create Record

Position	Field Name	Required	Description
1	RECCNTCRT	Yes	This is RECCNTCRT to indicate the record is a receipt count create record.
2	Location	Yes	This is the receiving location.
3	Receipt Count Type	Yes	This is PO, Container, or Return.
4	Reference Number	Yes	This is the purchase order number, container number, or return order number.
5	Dock	Yes	This is the receiving dock.
6	WMS Transaction Date	No	This is the date the transaction occurred in the WMS. This defaults to the current date.
7	WMS Transaction Time	No	This is the time the transaction occurred in the WMS. This defaults to the current time.
8	WMS Import Key	No	This is a key value used to differentiate between WMS transactions. If this is imported, it must be a unique value that was not previously associated with a WMS transaction.

Receipt Count Entry Record

1	RECCNTENT	Yes	This is RECCNTENT to indicate the record is a receipt count entry record.
2	Location	Yes	This is the receiving location.
3	Receipt Count Type	Yes	This is PO, Container, or Return.
4	Reference Number	Yes	This is the purchase order number, container number, or return order number.
5	Dock	Yes	This is the receiving dock.
6	Associated Order Number	No	This is the associated purchase order number or return order number.
7	Associated Order Line Number	No	This is the purchase order line number or return order line number.
8	Product Code	Yes	This is the product code.
9	Quantity	Yes	This is the quantity to receive.
10	Unit of Measure	Yes	This is the unit of measure.
11	Lot	No	This is the lot for products tracked by lot.
12	Serial Number	No	This is the serial number for products tracked by serial number.
13	Expiration Date	No	This is the lot expiration date if the product is tracked by lot.
14	Best Before Date	No	This is the best-before date if the product is tracked by lot.
15	License Plate Number	No	This is the license plate number.
16	Disposition Code	No	This is the disposition code for return orders.
17	WMS Transaction Date	No	This is the date the transaction occurred in the WMS. This defaults to the current date.
18	WMS Transaction Time	No	This is the time the transaction occurred in the WMS. This defaults to the current time.
19	WMS Import Key	No	This is a key value used to differentiate between WMS transactions. If this is imported, it must be a unique value that was not previously associated with a WMS transaction.
