Group Maintenance

To use Group Maintenance, double-click a configuration kit component on the Components tab in Work Order Maintenance.

Purpose

View or edit components selected from bill of material groups for a work order.

Overview

Use Group Maintenance to view component products in bill of material groups for configuration kit work orders, and to modify the selected component quantities.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Group Maintenance window.
OK	Click this button to close the Group Maintenance window and accept any changes made to components selected for the displayed bill of material group. This button is only available in edit mode.
Cancel	Click this button to close the Group Maintenance window and cancel any changes made to components selected for the displayed bill of material group. This button is only available in edit mode.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Group	This field displays the group ID for the bill of material group.
Description	This field displays the description for the bill of material group.
Qty	This field displays the quantity of the bill of material group included in the bill of material.
Product Code	This field is disabled in this window.
U/M	This field is disabled in this window.
Name	This field is disabled in this window.
Enter	This button is disabled in this window.
Clear	This button is disabled in this window.
Products	This grid displays product information for products in the bill of material group. If you want to change the components selected for the work order in the bill of material group, edit the quantities in the Qty Used column.
