Ledger ID Update

Purpose

Change ledger ID's.

Use Ledger ID Update to change ledger ID's. Use this window if you need to work with data in more than one ledger ID.

To update your ledger ID:

Select whether to change to the functional ledger ID for your system ID or to an assigned ledger ID.
If you are changing to an assigned ledger ID, enter the ledger ID you want to use in the New Ledger ID field.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The ledger ID is changed.

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Ledger ID Update window.
OK	Click this button to change your ledger ID.

Field or Button	Description
Current Ledger ID	This field displays your current ledger ID.
Default to Functional/Assigned Ledger	Select whether to change to the functional ledger ID for your system ID, or to a specific ledger ID. If you are changing to a specific ledger ID, enter the ledger ID in the New Ledger ID field.
New Ledger ID	Enter the ledger ID you want to use, or click the Lookup button to select a ledger ID. This field is only enabled if you select the Default to Assigned Ledger radio button. For information on setting up ledger ID's, see Ledger Maintenance.
