Lifecycle Data Export Task Selection

Purpose

Define tasks that are exported for each workflow level and type.

Overview

Use Lifecycle Data Export Task Selection to specify the tasks that are included when exporting in Lifecycle Data Export. You can specify the tasks for each combination of workflow level and workflow type.

Selecting Tasks for Export

To select tasks for export:

Enter a workflow type for which you want to select tasks for export in the Workflow Type field.
Enter a workflow level for which you want to select tasks for export in the Workflow Level field.
Click the Show Data button in the ribbon. The available and selected tasks for the workflow type and workflow level appear.
Click the Update button in the ribbon.
Double-click the tasks in the Available grid that you want to be selected for export. You can also use the up and down arrow buttons to change the order of exported tasks.
Click the OK button in the ribbon.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Lifecycle Data Export Task Selection window.
Update	Click this button to update the selected export tasks for the selected workflow type and workflow level.
Show Data	Click this button to display the available and selected tasks for the selected workflow type and workflow level.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Workflow Type	Enter a workflow type for which you want to view or edit selected export tasks, or click the Lookup button to select a workflow type.
Workflow Level	Enter a workflow level for which you want to view or edit selected export tasks, or click the Lookup button to select a workflow level. The available levels are based on the selected workflow type.

Field or Button	Description
Available	This grid displays tasks that are not included when exporting in Lifecycle Data Export. You can double-click a task to add it to the Selected grid.
	Click this button to add the task selected in the Available grid to the Selected grid.
	Click this button to add all tasks in the Available grid to the Selected grid.
	Click this button to remove the selected task from the Selected grid.
	Click this button to remove all tasks from the Selected grid.
Selected	This grid displays tasks that are included when exporting in Lifecycle Data Export. You can double-click a task to remove it from this grid.
	Click this button to move the selected task up in the Selected grid.
	Click this button to move the selected task down in the Selected grid.
