Menu Path: Product Lifecycle Management Module Setup Lifecycle Team Maintenance
Define valid product lifecycle management teams.
Assign users and/or locations to product lifecycle management teams.
Re-assign users and/or locations to other product lifecycle management teams.
Use Lifecycle Team Maintenance to define product lifecycle management teams, which are groups of users that perform product lifecycle management tasks.
Example You can create a product lifecycle management team called Inspection Team for users who will inspect assembled products.
You can assign both users and locations to each product lifecycle management team.
To create a new product lifecycle management team:
Click the New button in the ribbon.
Enter a name for the product lifecycle management team in the Team field.
Enter a description of the product lifecycle management team in the Description field. If you want to add a more detailed description, enter it in the Detailed Description field.
If the product lifecycle management team is the default team to which product lifecycle management tasks are assigned, select the Default Team check box.
Select the status of the team.
In the Available grid, double-click all users you want to include in the product lifecycle management team. If you want to remove a user from the product lifecycle management team, double-click the user in the Selected grid.
Click the Locations tab.
In the Available grid, double-click all locations you want to include in the product lifecycle management team. If you want to remove a location from the product lifecycle management team, double-click the location in the Selected grid.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The product lifecycle management team is created.

Click this button to display the first product lifecycle management team. |

Click this button to display the previous product lifecycle management team. |

Click this button to display the next product lifecycle management team. |

Click this button to display the last product lifecycle management team. |
Attachments |
Click this button to display Attachment Entry, which allows you to view and enter attachments for a selected product lifecycle management team. |
Notes |
Click this button to display Notes Entry, which allows you to view and enter notes for a selected product lifecycle management team. |

Select this check box if the product lifecycle management team is the default team. You can only select this check box for one product lifecycle management team. The default team is entered by default in the Default Team field in Lifecycle Task Maintenance. Note The default team must be an active status team. |
