Purpose

View audit information for product lots.

Overview

Use Lot Audit Inquiry to display audit information for a specific lot-tracked product, lot, and unit of measure. You can also view the quantities on hand and available for a selected lot, and the costs associated with the lot.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Lot Audit Inquiry window.
Show Data	Click this button to display lot audit information in the Audit grid based on the selected criteria.
Inventory Matrix	Click this button to display Inventory Matrix Inquiry for the selected lot.
Notes	Click this button to display Notes Entry, which allows you to view notes for the inventory lot.
Additional Lot Information	Click this button to display Additional Lot Information, which allows you to view manufacturer lot information for a selected lot-tracked product. The icon for this button includes a check mark if manufacturer lot information exists.

Inquiry Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Product Code	Enter a product code for a lot-tracked product, or click the Lookup button to select a product code. For information on setting up a lot-tracked product, see Product Maintenance.
Name (Product)	Enter a product name for a lot-tracked product, or click the Lookup button to select a product name. For information on setting up a lot-tracked product, see Product Maintenance.
Location ID	Enter a location prefix, or click the Lookup button to select a location prefix.
Name (Location)	Enter a location name, or click the Lookup button to select a location name.
Lot ID	Enter a lot ID, or click the Lookup button to select a lot ID.
Lot Desc	This field displays the lot description for the lot ID entered in the Lot ID field.
U/M	Click the Lookup button to select a unit of measure for the lot.
Qty On Hand	This field displays the quantity on hand for the lot entered in the Lot ID field in the unit of measure entered in the U/M field.
Qty Available	This field displays the quantity available for the lot entered in the Lot ID field in the unit of measure entered in the U/M field.
Unit Cost	This field displays the unit cost for the lot entered in the Lot ID field.
On-Hand Cost	This field displays the on-hand cost for the lot entered in the Lot ID.
Audit	This grid displays audit information for a specific lot.
