Menu Path: Supplier Production Monitoring Module Setup Monitoring Team Maintenance
Define valid supplier production monitoring teams.
Assign users and/or locations to supplier production monitoring teams.
Re-assign users and/or locations to other supplier production monitoring teams.
Use Monitoring Team Maintenance to define supplier production monitoring teams, which are groups of users that perform specific production monitoring tasks.
Example You can create a monitoring team called Inspection Team for users who will inspect assembled products.
You can assign both users and locations to each supplier production monitoring team.
To create a new supplier production monitoring team:
Click the New button in the ribbon.
Enter a name for the supplier production monitoring team in the Team field.
Enter a description of the supplier production monitoring team in the Description field. If you want to add a more detailed description, enter it in the Detailed Description field.
If the supplier production monitoring team is the default team to which supplier production monitoring tasks are assigned, select the Default Team check box.
Select the status of the team.
In the Available grid, double-click all users you want to include in the supplier production monitoring team. If you want to remove a user from the supplier production monitoring team, double-click the user in the Selected grid.
Click the Locations tab.
In the Available grid, double-click all locations you want to include in the supplier production monitoring team. If you want to remove a location from the supplier production monitoring team, double-click the location in the Selected grid.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The supplier production monitoring team is created.

Click this button to display Attachment Entry, which allows you to view and enter attachments for a selected supplier production monitoring team. |

Click this button to display Notes Entry, which allows you to view and enter notes for a selected supplier production monitoring team. |
