To use Portal User List, click the List button in Supplier Portal Task Management.

Purpose

Select multiple supplier portal users.

Overview

Use Portal User List to select multiple supplier portal users for filtering. For more information on supplier portal users, see Supplier Portal User Maintenance.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Portal User List window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
User Name	Enter a supplier portal user you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a supplier portal user. After you enter a supplier portal user in this field, click the Add button to select it.
Add	Click this button to select the supplier portal user entered in the User Name field.
User Name Begins	Enter a value by which to filter supplier portal users in the Available Users grid. Example Enter ABC to only display supplier portal users in the Available Users grid that begin with the characters ABC.
Available Users	This grid displays supplier portal users that are not selected. Double-click a supplier portal user you want to select, or select a supplier portal user, and then click the right arrow button.
	Click this button to add the selected supplier portal user to the Selected Users grid.
	Click this button to add all supplier portal users in the Available Users grid to the Selected Users grid.
	Click this button to remove the selected supplier portal user from the Selected Users grid.
	Click this button to remove all supplier portal users from the Selected Users grid.
Selected Users	This grid displays selected supplier portal users. Double-click a supplier portal user to remove it from the grid, or select a supplier portal user, and then click the left arrow button.
