Previous Orders

To use Previous Orders, click the Previous Orders button in the ribbon in O/E Line Item Entry.

NOTE The Previous Orders button is not available for return orders.

Purpose

View previous orders for a customer.

Overview

Use Previous Orders to display general order information for a customer. You can select whether you want to sort and filter orders by customer purchase order, order date, or order number.

You can use this window for informational purposes, or to access Items for Previous Order, which allows you to create a line item based on a previous order or to view the items that were ordered on a specific previous order. Double-click an order to display Items for Previous Order.

Click this button to close the Previous Orders window.

Show Data

Click this button to display previous orders, based on the selected criteria. This button is only available if you select Customer PO, Order Date, or Order Number in the Filter / Display Options section.

Sort by

Select a method for sorting the Previous Orders for Customer grid.

Customer PO/Order Date/Order Number

Enter a customer purchase order number, an order date, or an order number to display a specific order at the top of the Previous Orders for Customer grid. You must click Show Data to refresh the data based on your selection. This field is only available if you select Customer PO, Order Date, or Order Number in the Filter / Display Options section.

Previous Orders for Customer

This grid displays previous orders for the customer that meet the selected criteria. Double-click an order to display Items for Previous Order, which allows you to enter items from a previous order on a new order.
