Price Table

To use Price Table, update an order in Order Entry or Order Edit to change the price on one or more line items.

Purpose

Review and update changed pricing.

Overview

Use Price Table to review prices that have changed, such as after changing the price book for an order.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button

Description

OK

Click this button to close the Price Table window and change prices for which the check box is selected in the Change grid column.

Cancel

Click this button to close the Price Table window.

Show Data

Click this button to refresh pricing data.

Add Charges

Click this button to display Additional Charge Entry, which allows you to view additional charges for a selected line item.

Prices

This grid displays prices that have changed for order line items. You can modify the new calculated price in the New Price column. To change the price for a line item, select the check box in the Change column. You can also select the check box in the Delete Price Charge column to delete additional charges for a line item.
