Related Customers

To use Related Customers, select a market group in Market Group and Segment Maintenance, and then click the Related Customers button in the ribbon.

Purpose

View customers in a market group/segment.

Overview

Use Related Customers to view all customers in a selected market group/segment.

Click this button to close the Related Customers window.

Field or Button

Description

Market Group Name

This field displays the market group for which customers are displayed.

Market Segment Name

This field displays the market segment for which customers are displayed.

Customers

This grid displays related customers for the selected market group/segment. Double-click a customer to display Customer Maintenance, which allows you to view detailed information for the customer.
