To use Role List, click the List button in Supplier Portal Task Management.

Purpose

Select multiple supplier portal roles.

Overview

Use Role List to select multiple supplier portal roles for filtering. For more information on supplier portal roles, see Supplier Portal Role Maintenance.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Role List window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Role	Enter a supplier portal role you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a supplier portal role. After you enter a supplier portal role in this field, click the Add button to select it.
Add	Click this button to select the supplier portal role entered in the Role field.
Role Begins	Enter a value by which to filter supplier portal roles in the Available Roles grid. Example Enter ABC to only display supplier portal roles in the Available Roles grid that begin with the characters ABC.
Available Roles	This grid displays supplier portal roles that are not selected. Double-click a supplier portal role you want to select, or select a supplier portal role, and then click the right arrow button.
	Click this button to add the selected supplier portal role to the Selected Roles grid.
	Click this button to add all supplier portal roles in the Available Roles grid to the Selected Roles grid.
	Click this button to remove the selected supplier portal role from the Selected Roles grid.
	Click this button to remove all supplier portal roles from the Selected Roles grid.
Selected Roles	This grid displays selected supplier portal roles. Double-click a supplier portal role to remove it from the grid, or select a supplier portal role, and then click the left arrow button.
