To use Sales Contract Stage Maintenance, click the Contract Stages button in the ribbon in Sales Contract Maintenance.
Set up and maintain sales contract stages.
Use Sales Contract Stage Maintenance to set up a stage for a sales contract. Each stage represents a shipment for a sales contract, and can be associated with a scheduled ship date, delivery date, and shipper.

Enter an ID for the sales contract stage. A sequential stage ID is automatically assigned, and this field is disabled when creating a new sales contract stage if the Auto Generate Sales Contract Codes check box is selected on the Order Entry tab in Customer Service Control Maintenance. |

Enter a scheduled ship date for the sales contract stage, or click the drop-down arrow to select a scheduled ship date. |

Enter a scheduled delivery date for the sales contract stage, or click the drop-down arrow to select a scheduled delivery date. |

Enter a shipper for the sales contract stage, or click the Lookup button to select a shipper. For information on setting up shippers, see Shipper Maintenance. |

Enter a detailed description of the sales contract stage. |

Click this button to add the sales contract stage to the sales contract. |

This grid displays sales contract stages for the sales contract. You can edit the information for each stage in the grid. |
