Sales Representative List

To use Sales Representative List, click the List button in Sales Representative Sales Report, Sales Restriction Report, Order Allocation Management, Open Order and Backorder Report, or Sales Order Cancellation Report.
Purpose
Select multiple sales representatives.
Overview
Use Sales Representative List to select multiple sales representatives for filtering. For information on setting up sales representatives, see Sales Representative Maintenance.

Click this button to close the Sales Representative List window. |

Enter a sales representative you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a sales representative. |

Click this button to add the sales representative entered in the Sales Representative ID field to the Selected Sales Representatives grid. |

Enter the beginning of a sales representative name that you want to display at the top of the Available Sales Representatives grid. |

This grid displays sales representatives that are not selected. Double-click a sales representative you want to select, or select a sales representative, and then click the right arrow button. |

Click this button to add the selected sales representative to the Selected Sales Representatives grid. |

Click this button to add all sales representatives in the Available Sales Representatives grid to the Selected Sales Representatives grid. |

Click this button to remove the selected sales representative from the Selected Sales Representatives grid. |

Click this button to remove all sales representatives from the Selected Sales Representatives grid. |

This grid displays selected sales representatives. Double-click a sales representative to remove it from the grid, or select a sales representative, and then click the left arrow button. |
