Menu Path: Executive Information Systems Sales Sales Representative Special Product Analysis
Display specially tracked products for sales representatives.
Use Sales Representative Special Product Analysis to view sales data by sales representative for products that have been assigned a special product code. Special product tracking is initiated by targeting a customer and setting up a special product code for the product.
Sales Representative Special Product Analysis should be used by sales representatives to track their special product sales.
To view data for a special product code:
Enter a special product code in the Special Product Code field.
Enter a range of months and years for which you want to display data in the From Date and To Date fields.
If you want to display data for a single sales representative, enter a sales representative ID in the ID field. If you want to display data for all sales representatives, select the All Sales Representatives check box.
Note Your user ID can be assigned a sales representative ID in User Extended Options. If you are assigned a sales representative ID, the Sales Representative field displays that ID, and cannot be changed, and the All Sales Representatives check box is unavailable.
If you want to position data for a specific sales representative at the top of the grid, enter the sales representative name in the Reposition to field.
If you want to display data for customers that did not purchase or return the product during the selected period, select the Include Customers with Zero Activity check box.
Click the Show Data button in the ribbon to display data in the grid.

Enter the special product code for the product for which you want to view sales data. This code is an alphanumeric code assigned to products that require tracking by customer or sales representative. |

Enter the first month and year in a range of dates for which to display data, or click the Lookup buttons to select a month and year. This defaults to the current open period and year. |

Enter the last month and year in a range of dates for which to display data, or click the Lookup buttons to select a month and year. This defaults to the current open period and year. |

Select this check box to display data for all sales representatives. This check box is cleared by default. This check box is only available if no sales representative is entered in the Sales Representative field in User Extended Options. |

If a sales representative is assigned to your user ID in the Sales Representative field in User Extended Options, this field displays the sales representative ID and cannot be changed. If no sales representative is assigned to your user ID in the Sales Representative field in User Extended Options, enter a sales representative ID for which to display data, or click the Lookup button to select a sales representative ID. This field is only enabled if the All Sales Representatives check box is cleared. |

Enter a sales representative name if you want to display data for a specific sales representative at the top of the Customer Sales grid. |

The data displayed in this grid includes amount sold, amount returned, net amount, units sold, and units returned values only after invoices are posted to the general ledger. |
