Screen Additional Filters Maintenance

To use Screen Additional Filters Maintenance, click the Modify My Additional Filters button on the Filters tab in the ribbon in any window that includes custom additional filters.

Purpose

Set up additional filters for a specific window.

Overview

Use Screen Additional Filters Maintenance to create, update, or delete user-specific additional filters for a specific window. These filters override any additional filters templates loaded in Additional Filters Template Maintenance.

Setting Up Additional Filters

To set up additional filters:

Click the New button in the ribbon.
If you want to divide the My Additional Filters section into two columns of filters in inquiry and report windows, click the Lookup button to the right of the Column Divider Color field, and select a color for the line dividing the two columns.
Double-click each filter in the Additional Filters grid that you want to display in the My Additional Filters section of inquiry and report windows.
If you want to change the display order or the column divider location, use the up and down arrow buttons to the right of the My Additional Filters grid to change the order in that grid.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The additional filter settings are created. To view the changes, you must close the Screen Additional Filters Maintenance window and the window for which you are setting up additional filters, then reopen that window.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Screen Additional Filters Maintenance window.
New	Click this button to create a new set of additional filters for the window.
Update	Click this button to update the additional filters for the window.
Delete	Click this button to delete the additional filters for the window.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Column Divider Color	Click the Lookup button to select the color of the My Additional Filters divider that appears between two columns of filter criteria for the additional filters.

Customer Tab Fields and Buttons

Note This tab may be disabled if you are setting up filters for a window that does not include customer filters.

Field or Button	Description
Additional Filters	This grid displays filter criteria that appear on the Additional Customer Filters tab in inquiry and report windows. You can click the arrow buttons to the right of this grid to move a selected or all filters to/from the My Additional Filters grid.
	Click this button to add all filters in the Additional Filters grid to the My Additional Filters grid.
	Click this button to add the selected filter in the Additional Filters grid to the My Additional Filters grid.
	Click this button to remove the selected filter from the My Additional Filters grid.
	Click this button to remove all filters from the My Additional Filters grid.
My Additional Filters	This grid displays filter criteria that appear in the My Additional Filters section below the default filters in inquiry and report windows. You can click the arrow buttons to the left of this grid to move a selected or all filters to/from the Additional Filters grid. You can click the up and down arrow buttons to the right of this grid to rearrange the order of the filters in the My Additional Filters section. NOTE The Column Divider row cannot be moved from this grid. It represents the column break between two columns of filter criteria in the My Additional Filters section. You can move it down to the location where you want a column break, or leave it at the top of the grid if you do not want a column break. EXAMPLE If 10 filters are listed in this grid, you can move the Column Divider row down to between the fifth and sixth rows in the grid to divide filters in the My Additional Filters section of inquiries/reports into two columns of five filters.

	Click this button to move the selected filter (or column divider) down in the My Additional Filters grid.

Product Tab Fields and Buttons

Note This tab may be disabled if you are setting up filters for a window that does not include product filters.

Additional Filters	This grid displays filter criteria that appear on the Additional Product Filters tab in inquiry and report windows. You can click the arrow buttons to the right of this grid to move a selected or all filters to/from the My Additional Filters grid.

	Click this button to add the selected filter in the Additional Filters grid to the My Additional Filters grid.
