To use Select Trading Partner, click the List button in EDI Activity Report or EDI Exception Report.

Purpose

Select multiple trading partners for a report.

Overview

Use Select Trading Partner to select multiple trading partners for a report. For more information on trading partners, see EDI Trading Partner Maintenance.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
OK	Click this button to accept the selected trading partners, and close the Select Trading Partner window.
Cancel	Click this button to close the Select Trading Partner window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Available Trading Partners	This grid displays trading partners not selected for the report. Double-click a trading partner to add to the report, or select a trading partner, and then click the Add button.
Add	Click this button to add the selected trading partner to the Selected Trading Partners grid.
Add All	Click this button to add all trading partners in the Available Trading Partners grid to the Selected Trading Partners grid.
Remove	Click this button to remove the selected trading partner from the Selected Trading Partners grid.
Remove All	Click this button to remove all trading partners from the Selected Trading Partners grid.
Selected Trading Partners	This grid displays trading partners selected for the report. Double-click a trading partner to remove from the report, or select a trading partner, and then click the Remove button.
