Purpose

Define shipping cartons by zone.

Overview

Use Shipping Carton Zone Maintenance to create business rules for carton usage in a sales location / shipping location and/or zone. For more information, see Cartonization FAQ.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Shipping Carton Zone Maintenance window.
Update	Click this button to update the selected shipping carton.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
First	Click this button to display the first shipping carton.
Prev	Click this button to display the previous shipping carton.
Next	Click this button to display the next shipping carton.
Last	Click this button to display the last shipping carton.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Carton	Enter a carton name or description, or click one of the Lookup buttons to select a carton name or description.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
All Locations	Select this check box to use the carton in all locations. This check box is selected by default.
Location	Enter a location prefix or name, or click one of the Lookup buttons to select a location prefix or name. These fields are only enabled if you clear the All Locations check box.
All Zones	Select this check box to use the carton in all zones. This check box is selected by default.
Zone	Enter a zone, or click the Lookup button to select a zone. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Zones check box.
All Customers	Select this check box to use the carton for all customers. This check box is selected by default.
Customer	Enter a customer code or name, or click one of the Lookup buttons to select a customer code or name. These fields are only enabled if you clear the All Customers check box.
Add	Click this button to add the selected location/zone/customer combination to the carton.
Remove	Click this button to remove the selected location/zone/customer combination from the carton.
Location/Zone/Customer	This grid displays location/zone/customer combinations for the carton. Double-click a location/zone/customer combination to remove it. You can use the up and down arrow buttons to change the sequence of location/zone/customer combinations for the carton. Lower sequences are considered for use before higher sequences. Example A location/zone/customer combination with a sequence of 1 is considered for use before a location/zone/customer combination with a sequence of 2.
	Click this button to move the selected location/zone/customer combination up in the Location/Zone/Customer grid.
	Click this button to move the selected location/zone/customer combination down in the Location/Zone/Customer grid.
