To use Site List, click the List button in Supplier Portal Task Management.

Purpose

Select multiple supplier portal sites.

Overview

Use Site List to select multiple supplier portal sites for filtering. For more information on supplier portal sites, see Supplier Portal Site Maintenance.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Site List window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Site ID	Enter a supplier portal site ID you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a supplier portal site ID. After you enter a supplier portal site ID in this field, click the Add button to select it.
Add	Click this button to select the supplier portal site ID entered in the Site ID field.
Site ID Begins	Enter a value by which to filter supplier portal sites in the Available Sites grid. Example Enter ABC to only display supplier portal sites in the Available Sites grid that begin with the characters ABC.
Available Sites	This grid displays supplier portal sites that are not selected. Double-click a supplier portal site you want to select, or select a supplier portal site, and then click the right arrow button.
	Click this button to add the selected supplier portal site to the Selected Sites grid.
	Click this button to add all supplier portal sites in the Available Sites grid to the Selected Sites grid.
	Click this button to remove the selected supplier portal site from the Selected Sites grid.
	Click this button to remove all supplier portal sites from the Selected Sites grid.
Selected Sites	This grid displays selected supplier portal sites. Double-click a supplier portal site to remove it from the grid, or select a supplier portal site, and then click the left arrow button.
