To use Special Purchase Orders, double-click the Special Purchase Orders row in Product DRP Management or Product DRP Inquiry.

Purpose

View special purchase order information for a product.

Overview

Use Special Purchase Orders to display detailed special purchase order information for a selected product. You can filter by all locations or a selected location.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Special Purchase Orders window.
Show Data	Click this button to display special purchase order information for the selected location(s).

Inquiry Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
All Locations	Select this check box to display special purchase order information for all locations.
Location Prefix	Enter a shipping location prefix for which to display special purchase order information, or click the Lookup button to select a location prefix. This field is only enabled if the All Locations check box is cleared.
Location Name	Enter a shipping location name for which to display special purchase order information, or click the Lookup button to select a location prefix. This field is only enabled if the All Locations check box is cleared.
Special Orders	This grid displays information about special order line items. Double-click a purchase order line item to display Purchase Order Maintenance, which allows you to view and edit detailed information about the purchase order. Note If you are not authorized to use Purchase Order Maintenance, Purchase Order Inquiry appears instead, and allows you to view detailed information about the purchase order.
