Users to Notify (EDI Custom Reports)

To use Users To Notify, click the Users to Notify button in the ribbon in the EDI Trading Partner Maintenance window.

Purpose

Select users to email the EDI custom report for an EDI form selected in EDI Trading Partner Maintenance.

Overview

Use Users To Notify to enter email addresses or Apprise user IDs for users who will receive the EDI custom report. You can enter email addresses manually, or select addresses from your Microsoft Outlook address book.

Exit

Click this button to close the Users to Notify window.

Update

Click this button to edit the selected User ID or the email address.

OK

Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon.

Cancel

Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon.

Description

Single User / User Group

Select whether to send EDI custom reports to specific users or user groups.

Available Users/ User Groups

This grid displays users or user groups that are not selected to receive emails. Double-click a user or user group you want to select, or select a user or user group, and then click the right arrow button.

Click this button to add the selected user or user group to the Selected Users or Selected User Groups grid.

Click this button to add all users or user groups in the Available Users or Available User Groups grid to the Selected Users or Selected User Groups grid.

Click this button to remove the selected user or user group from the Selected Users or Selected User Groups grid.

Click this button to remove all users or user groups from the Selected Users or Selected User Groups grid.

Selected Users / User Groups

This grid displays users or user groups selected to receive emails. Double-click a user or user group to remove it from the grid, or select a user or user group, and then click the left arrow button.

Email

Enter an email address or Apprise user ID for a person who you want to receive an email. If you do not know the person's email address, you can click the Outlook Users button to select email addresses from your Microsoft Outlook address book.

Outlook Users

Click this button to display your Microsoft Outlook address book so that you can select email recipients.

Add

Click this button to add the email address entered in the Email field to the Selected Recipients grid.

Remove

Click this button to remove the email address selected in the Selected Recipients grid.

Remove All

Click this button to remove all email addresses entered in the Selected Recipients grid.

Selected Recipients

This grid displays email addresses of people that will receive the custom report. To remove a recipient, double-click their email address, or click an email address, and then click the Remove button. You can also click the Remove All button to remove all recipients.
