Purpose

View and define bins in warehouse areas.

Overview

Use Warehouse Area Bin Maintenance to quickly specify multiple bins included in warehouse areas instead of assigning each bin to a warehouse area in Bin Maintenance.

Assigning Bins to Warehouse Areas

To assign bins to a warehouse area:

Enter a warehouse area in the Warehouse Area field.
Click the Update button in the ribbon.
Double-click the bins in the Available Bins grid you want to include in the warehouse area.
Enter the warehouse location in which the warehouse area exists in the Location fields.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The bin assignments are updated.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Warehouse Area Bin Maintenance window.
Update	Click this button to update the bins assigned to the selected warehouse area.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon.
First	Click this button to display the first warehouse area.
Prev	Click this button to display the previous warehouse area.
Next	Click this button to display the next warehouse area.
Last	Click this button to display the last warehouse area.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Warehouse Area	Enter a warehouse area name, or click the Lookup button to select an existing warehouse area name.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Location	These fields display the location prefix and name for the selected warehouse area.
Zone	This field displays the zone for the selected warehouse area.
All Available Bins	Select this check box to display all available bins in the Available Bins grid. This check box is selected by default.
From	Enter the first bin in a range of bins to display in the Available Bins grid, or click the Lookup button to select a bin. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Available Bins check box.
To	Enter the last bin in a range of bins to display in the Available Bins grid, or click the Lookup button to select a bin. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Available Bins check box.
Show Available	Click this button to display available bins in the Available Bins grid.
Available Bins	This grid displays bins available to be assigned to the selected warehouse area.
	Click this button to add the selected bin in the Available Bins grid to the warehouse area.
	Click this button to add all bins in the Available Bins grid to the warehouse area.
	Click this button to remove the selected bin in the Selected Bins grid from the warehouse area.
	Click this button to remove all bins in the Selected Bins grid from the warehouse area.
Selected Bins	This grid displays bins assigned to the selected warehouse area.
