Warehouse Team User Maintenance

Purpose

Assign users to or remove users from warehouse teams.

Overview

Use Warehouse Team User Maintenance to assign users to warehouse teams for use in the Wireless Warehouse module.

Note A user can only belong to one warehouse team.

Assigning Users to a Warehouse Team

To assign users to a warehouse team:

Enter the warehouse team in the Team field.
Select a user in the Available Users grid.
Click the Add button.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for all users you want to assign to the team.
To remove a user from the warehouse team, select the user in the Selected Users grid, and click Remove.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The Confirm Update dialog box appears, and asks you to confirm the warehouse team update.
Click the Yes button. The warehouse team is updated.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Warehouse Team User Maintenance window.
Update	Click this button to update the users for the selected warehouse team.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon.
First	Click this button to display the first warehouse team.
Prev	Click this button to display the previous warehouse team.
Next	Click this button to display the next warehouse team.
Last	Click this button to display the last warehouse team.
Assign User Tasks	Click this button to display Warehouse User Task Type Maintenance, which allows you to assign task types to the selected warehouse user.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Team	Enter a warehouse team, or click the Lookup button to select a warehouse team.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Available Users	This grid displays users that are eligible to be assigned to the selected warehouse team. Note A user is only eligible to be added to a team if Wireless Warehouse Only or Apprise and Wireless Warehouse is selected for the user in the Type of Access field in User Profile Maintenance.
Add	Click this button to add the selected user in the Available Users grid to the selected warehouse team.
Remove	Click this button to remove the selected user in the Selected Users grid from the selected warehouse team.
Selected Users	This grid displays users that are in the selected warehouse team.
