Driver Commission Group Maintenance

Purpose

Set up and maintain driver commission groups.

Overview

Use Driver Commission Group Maintenance to create, edit, and delete driver commission groups, which are groups of drivers that share driver commission rates. For information on setting up drivers, see Driver Maintenance. For information on setting up driver commission rates, see Driver Commission Maintenance.

Creating Driver Commission Groups

To create a driver commission group:

  1. Click the New button in the ribbon.

  2. Enter a unique name for the driver commission group in the Driver Commission Group field.

  3. Enter a description of the driver commission group in the Description field.

  4. For each driver you want to add to the driver commission group, double-click the driver in the Available Drivers grid.

  5. Click the OK button in the ribbon. The driver commission group is created.

Exit

Click this button to close the Driver Commission Group Maintenance window.

New

Click this button to create a new driver commission group. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.

Update

Click this button to edit the selected driver commission group. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.

Delete

Click this button to delete the selected driver commission group. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.

OK

Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.

Cancel

Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.

Show Data

Click this button to display driver commission groups and the drivers in each group on the Inquiry tab. This button is only available if the Inquiry tab is displayed.

First

Click this button to display the first driver commission group. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.

Prev

Click this button to display the previous driver commission group. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.

Next

Click this button to display the next driver commission group. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.

Last

Click this button to display the last driver commission group. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.

Enter a unique driver commission group name, or click the Lookup button to select an existing driver commission group.

Enter a description of the driver commission group.

Available Drivers

This grid displays active drivers not in the selected driver commission group. If you are creating or editing a driver commission group, double-click a driver to add it to the group.

Click this button to add the selected driver in the Available Drivers grid to the driver commission group.

Click this button to add all drivers in the Available Drivers grid to the driver commission group.

Click this button to remove the selected driver in the Selected Drivers grid from the driver commission group.

Click this button to remove all drivers in the Selected Drivers grid from the driver commission group.

Selected Drivers

This grid displays drivers in the selected driver commission group.

Inquiry Tab Fields and Buttons

Note This tab is disabled if you are creating, editing, or deleting a driver commission group.

This grid displays driver commission groups after you click the Show Data button in the ribbon. Double-click a driver commission group to select it and display information for it on the Main tab.

Drivers

This grid displays drivers for the driver commission group selected in the Driver Commission Groups grid.
