Purpose

View bill of lading information.

Overview

Use Bill of Lading Inquiry to display master and child bills of lading. This inquiry allows you to display the status and detailed information for bills of lading.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Bill of Lading Inquiry window.
Show Data	Click this button to refresh data for the selected bill of lading.
Attachments	Click this button to display Attachment Entry, which allows you to view attachments to a selected bill of lading, such as a scanned image of the signed bill of lading.

Inquiry Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Bill of Lading Number	Enter a bill of lading number, or click the Lookup button to select a bill of lading number. If you enter or select a child bill of lading number, it is replaced by the master bill of lading number associated with the child bill of lading.
Status	This field displays the status of the master bill of lading entered in the Bill of Lading Number field.
Master BOL/Child BOL	Select one of the following options: Master BOL - Display child bills of lading in the Inquiry grid. Child BOL - Display information in the Inquiry grid for a child bill of lading based on the selected radio button (BOL Packages, Bill of Lading Pick Demands, or Planned BOL).
BOL Packages/Bill of Lading Pick Demands/Planned BOL	Select one of the following options: BOL Packages - Display the packages associated with a bill of lading. Bill of Lading Pick Demands - Display the pick demands associated with a bill of lading. Planned BOL - Display the orders associated with a planned bill of lading. These radio buttons are only enabled if you select the Child BOL radio button. Note The Inquiry grid columns change depending on the criteria selected.
Display Unloaded Packages Only	Select this check box to only display unloaded packages in the Inquiry grid. This check box is only enabled if you select the BOL Packages grid. For information on loading packages, see Wireless Warehouse Verify and Ship Process Flow.
Inquiry	This grid displays information for the bill of lading based on the selected options. If the Master BOL radio button is selected, double-click a child bill of lading to view more information related to it. If you do this, the Child BOL radio button is selected automatically.
