Cash Flow Category Organization

Purpose

Change the display order of cash flow categories.

Overview

Use Cash Flow Category Organization to update the order that cash flow categories appear in Cash Flow Management Analysis.

Note The Beginning Cash category always displays before all other categories. The Ending Cash category always displays after all other categories. You cannot change the display order of either of these categories.

To change the display of cash flow subcategories, use Cash Flow Category Maintenance.

Changing the Cash Flow Category Display Order

To change the cash flow category display order:

Click the Update button in the ribbon.
Select a cash flow category.
Click the up or down arrow button one or more times to change the order of the selected cash flow category.
Repeat steps 2 to 3 until the order is as desired for all cash flow categories.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The display order is now updated.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Cash Flow Category Organization window. This button is only available if you are not updating the cash flow category display order.
Update	Click this button to update the cash flow category display order. This button is only available if you are not updating the cash flow category display order.
OK	Click this button to accept the updated cash flow category display order. This button is only available if you click the Update button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel the update of the cash flow category display order. This button is only available if you click the Update button in the ribbon.
Category	Click this button to display Cash Flow Category Maintenance, which allows you to set up and maintain cash flow categories and subcategories. This button is only available if you are not updating the cash flow category display order.

Field or Button	Description
Category Display Order	This grid displays the display order of cash flow categories.
	Click this button to move the selected cash flow category up one row in the Category Display Order grid (and one position up in the display order).
	Click this button to move the selected cash flow category down one row in the Category Display Order grid (and one position down in the display order).
