Menu Path: Customer Service Inquiries Orders Customer Future Order Inquiry
View customers with future orders.
Use Customer Future Order Inquiry to display customers that have orders with required dates in the future (see allocation days). It is specific to a single shipping location per search, but can include all sales representatives or a single sales representative.
Note Sales representatives can use this inquiry for their own customers’ future orders if their user ID is set up with their sales representative ID entered in the Sales Representative field in User Extended Options. If your user ID does not specify a sales representative ID in the Sales Representative field, you can select all sales representatives or a specific sales representative.
