A market group is a group of customers interested in a group of products. You can divide a market group into market segments. For information on setting up market groups, see Market Group and Segment Maintenance. You can also import market groups in Market Group and Segment Import.
Example You could set up a market group called Price Point with Entry Level, Moderate, and Premier market segments. You could then assign specific customers and products to each appropriate market segment.
